need help with your display picture????

now i've sen lots of people on forums without any picture like me for instance i got my own pictre on so if any one needs help geting one on i will tell u just post a reply

ok its very simple first of get the picture you want or of your self etc... go to profile then go to avatar then click on browse then a whole lot of images etc.. should come up pic yours (note save in a url your remember) now your ready press save then it should come up your profile has been updated if not it says your avavtar has to be this size and that size then its either to big or to small so you will have to change it to about 8k or someing. sor there you go that should help you
